Carly is a ceramicist living in Adelaide, South Australia. Carly is inspired by the tactile qualities and nostalgia of making with her hands. She finds clay as a medium essential to her well-being for its healing and grounding nature. Whether it's a flash of cobalt, a speckled variegated glaze or a lustrous flower, all pieces are hand-shaped or wheel-thrown by Carly and celebrate the uniqueness and 'imperfection' of the handmade.
