ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Dinosaur Designs started in 1985 when Art students Louise Olsen, Stephen Ormandy and Liane Rossler met at City Art Institute (now knows as CoFA). They began experimenting with resin as a material and throughout the 1980's developed ranges in both jewellery and homewares. Since opening their first store in Sydney's Strand Arcade in 1989, Dinosaur Designs has gone from strength to strength, and by 2020 have nine stores worldwide (including New York and London) and numerous stockists.

Care Instructions: Dinosaur Designs homewares are suitable for cold food presentation only. These products should be hand washed in warm water. Resin may appear “frosted” after washing and should be rubbed with a drop of cooking oil to restore sheen. All resin items are strong and durable but should be treated like a ceramic as they can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Resin is not fire resistant and so should not be used in an oven, a microwave, dishwasher or as an ashtray.

Due to the handmade nature of the products dimensions may vary on individual pieces.
