Beach Paperweight

Blown glass paperweight by South Australian artist Tegan Empson. 

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Tegan Empson completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramics and Glass at Curtin University in Perth in 1995, before moving to Adelaide in 1997 to become an Associate in JamFactory’s Glass Studio. 

She returned to full time study in 2005, receiving First Class Honours in the Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours) program at the University of South Australia. Her work has found its way into many private collections, including that of famed musician Sir Elton John.
