She uses ornamental motifs as a method of care, combined with a playful attitude to making and learning. She aims to make sense of her surroundings and experiences in a way that her words alone fail to describe. We all partake in home-making, despite differing values and motives. These exercises\/rituals connect our minds and bodies to place, creating a seperate amalgamation imbued with a version of ourselves that we call home.
