Participants must be comfortable and consistent with centering, opening up, pulling sides and trimming, and able to throw cylindrical forms of different proportions with intention. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll required materials are supplied including clay, shaping tools and a variety of glazes to select from, however participants are highly encouraged to bring their own shaping tools to practice with. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eStudents will glaze their own bisque-fired pieces in the final week in preparation for their final firing. Finished pieces will then be fired in JamFactory’s Ceramics Studio ready to collected after the course concludes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStudents can expect to take home 8-9 finished pieces in a range of forms such as cups, mugs with handles, bowls, plates and lidded vessels. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStudents will need to bring a towel and apron.
