ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Mali Taylor's sculptural works predominately investigate; the connection between ceramic process and the maker’s state of mind, the materialisation of memories, and nature’s methods of time keeping and historical archiving of past events and environments. Through the methodical and meditative layering of earthy clay, Mali's hand-built sculptures hold time, invoking memory of archaic Australian landscapes.
